These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at answerpath.com and related pages (the “Site”), operated by AnswerPath, Inc. (“AnswerPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of the AnswerPath product application is governed by a separate agreement between AnswerPath and your organization, and that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“AnswerPath” and our logos are trademarks of AnswerPath, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Demo Requests & Communications

When you request a demo or otherwise contact us through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. By submitting a request, you consent to our contacting you about AnswerPath products and services. Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Site or our products, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to the Site & These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnswerPath regarding the Site. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
