How the integration works
AnswerPath connects to Slack through Composio using OAuth, so setup is an authorization, not a credential handoff:
1. Authorize the Slack connection. During onboarding you connect AnswerPath to your workspace and decide where reps can reach it — a dedicated `#ask-answerpath` channel, a direct message to the app, or both.
2. Reps ask in plain language. "What's our data retention policy?" "Do we support SAML SSO on the Growth plan?" The rep types the question the way they'd ask a colleague.
3. AnswerPath replies with a cited answer. In seconds, the answer comes back in-thread with a link to the document it's drawn from — pricing guide, security policy, past RFP response — so the rep can trust it and forward it on.
